Introducing Playback Studio: your numbers, without the cheerleading.

Most creator dashboards are built to make you feel good. Big green numbers, confetti on milestones, a graph that only ever goes up if you squint. Playback Studio is built to make you better, which sometimes means telling you something you don't want to hear.
The funnel, in order
Studio organizes everything as a funnel, because that's how attention actually flows: impressions → click-through → watch time → subscribers converted. Every number is shown against your typical, because a raw count never told anyone what to do next.
- Reach: views, impressions, impressions CTR (we keep it in the honest 2–10% band), watch time.
- Realtime: estimated plays over the last 48 hours.
- Content: every video ranked by views, with the full impressions → CTR → duration line.
The one chart that matters
The signature of Studio is the retention curve — the average percentage of people still watching at each moment. The intro dip tells you if your hook works. The mid-video hold tells you if your pacing earns the runtime. It's diagnostic, never cheerleading.
