Playback gives owners tools, not promises. These guidelines describe the community we're building toward.
The basics
- No harassment, hate, or targeted abuse.
- No spam — including notification abuse. That's why max notifications are never the default.
- No content you don't have the rights to.
- Keep it legal.
Creator powers, used well
Pinning and hearting comments are scarce by design — a heart means something because it's rare. Use them to lift the best of your community, not to bury disagreement.
How enforcement works here
Owner-side moderation plus report buttons plus private-by-default visibility. We don't run scaled classifiers, and we won't pretend to. If something needs a takedown, the owner has the tools; the platform has the honesty to say where its reach ends.
