Reporting a video
Every video has a Report action in its overflow menu. In this build, reports go to the owner — moderation is owner-side, not a scaled classification system.
What we can't moderate at scale
Real content moderation at scale is ML classifiers plus thousands of human reviewers plus a legal and copyright apparatus. A small instance gets tools, not a promise: owner-moderated comments, report buttons, and private-by-default visibility. We never advertise ‘safe community’ as a finished feature — we advertise the tools that help you run one.
Playback is a reference build. Where a feature has a boundary — no transcoding, plays not audited views, owner-side moderation — we document it here rather than implying otherwise.
